construction, remodeling and additions. We have done business in Orangeburg, Berkeley, and
Dorchester Counties. Low Country Contracting, Inc. is a family business with over 15 years of
experience in the remodeling and the construction of new homes.
Randy and Sandy Brown are a husband and wife team. Randy is the licensed contractor, with
Sandy taking care of the bookwork. We both grew up in this area and know the people and the area
well.
We are a South Carolina State licensed Residential Contractor and member of the Orangeburg,
Bamberg, Calhoun Home Builders Association, National Home Builders Association, and Tri-County
Regional Chamber of Commerce. We are fully insured for both Workers Compensation and General
Liability Insurance.
